Strategic Growth Manager for SMB Client Acquisition

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Team Manager to oversee our team's efforts in acquiring Small and Medium Business (SMB) clients. Key responsibilities include driving cold calling initiatives, closing long-term deals, and ensuring the team's alignment towards sales goals.
Location: Mumbai
Estimated Salary: ₹850,000 - ₹1,050,000 per annum

Job Responsibilities
- Selling recruitment solutions to SMB clients by assessing their business requirements.
- Managing objection handling of customers with respect to product, competition, pricing & expectations.
- Driving cold calling of the team in terms of input (visits/day, prospects generated / week) & output metrics (closures, revenue).
- Shadowing & training the team to ensure their alignment towards sales pitch, process & client management.
- Creating references in the market and driving organic revenue.
- Representing Apna brand and effectively pitching our value proposition to suitable & interested prospects.
- Working on weekly / monthly targets and ensuring adherence to short and long-term goals of the growth.
- Collaborating with operations team to ensure timely job posting & approval.
