Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Development Manager to drive sales growth and expand our customer base in key regions. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in core sales and marketing, with a strong understanding of business principles to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance lead generation and client acquisition.
  • Negotiate and close deals with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Build and maintain a strong team and good relationships with clients in BFSI, Insurance, FMCG, and Pharma sectors.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and business opportunities.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven experience in sales, particularly in BFSI, Insurance, FMCG, or Pharma.
  • Strong negotiation skills with a track record of surpassing sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building long-term client relationships.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines, demonstrating resilience and adaptability.
