Key Role: Regional Business Manager

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Sales and Working Capital efforts in the region. This is a challenging role that demands strong leadership, communication, and relationship management skills.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving sales growth, managing teams, and building strong relationships with clients. They will be responsible for leading a team of Relationship Managers at the regional level, driving new acquisition through corporates and customer referrals, and building trust and confidence with key clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of Relationship Managers at the regional level.
  • Drive new acquisition through corporates and customer referrals.
  • Build relationships with key persons (CFOs/promoters) in target segments.
  • Increase book size, ENR, and profitability of the location.
  • Groom and mentor team members for desired performance levels.
  • Resolve regional-level concerns and drive adoption of digital initiatives.

Requirements:

  • MBA/CA or equivalent qualification.
  • 10+ years experience in local market with credit and sales knowledge.
  • Prior experience of driving and managing teams.
  • Good leadership, self-motivation, and communication skills.
