Job Title: Influencer & Partnership Development Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking a creative and outgoing influencer marketing expert to join our team in New Delhi. In this role, you will build and manage relationships with influencers, creators, and brand partners, fueling our growth through content and collaborations.

The ideal candidate will have a strong network of creators and influencers in India, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and knowledge of UGC trends, Instagram, and YouTube. They will also be able to analyze campaign performance and optimize future partnerships.

Influencer Marketing Expert responsibilities include:

  • Identifying and onboarding relevant influencers, athletes, and creators in the fashion, lifestyle, and fitness space.
  • Managing influencer campaigns from outreach to execution and reporting.
  • Negotiating collaboration deals that deliver ROI.
  • Ensuring a steady content pipeline for marketing.
  • Building long-term relationships with high-performing creators.
  • Collaborating with the marketing team to align influencer content with ad campaigns, launches, and events.
  • Tracking KPIs: engagement, reach, conversions, and ROI from collabs.
Qualifications and Skills

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • 2 years of experience in influencer marketing / brand collaborations (fashion, streetwear, or lifestyle preferred).
  • A strong network of creators and influencers in India.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Knowledge of UGC trends, Instagram, YouTube.
  • Ability to analyze campaign performance and optimize future partnerships.
  • Possession of passion for fashion, streetwear, and youth culture.
