Influencer Marketing SpecialistAre you a creative problem solver with a passion for building relationships and driving engagement?
We are seeking an experienced Influencer Marketing Specialist to join our team in Bangalore. As the primary point of contact for influencers and brand partners, you will be responsible for managing campaigns from outreach to execution and reporting.
- Identify and onboard relevant influencers, athletes, and creators in the fashion, lifestyle, and fitness space.
- Negotiate collaboration deals that drive ROI.
- Ensure a steady content pipeline (reels, styling videos, UGC) for marketing efforts.
- Build long-term relationships with high-performing creators.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align influencer content with ad campaigns, launches, and events.
- Track KPIs: engagement, reach, conversions, and ROI from collaborations.
Key Qualifications & Skills:
- At least 2 years of experience in influencer marketing / brand collaborations (fashion, streetwear, or lifestyle preferred).
- A strong network of creators and influencers in India.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of UGC trends, Instagram, YouTube.
- Ability to analyze campaign performance and optimize future partnerships.
- Passion for fashion, streetwear, and youth culture.
