Influencer Marketing Specialist Job Description

About this role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Influencer Marketing Specialist to manage and execute campaigns that leverage influencer-driven marketing strategies.

Key responsibilities include identifying, onboarding, and managing influencers/creators for brand campaigns, negotiating partnerships, rates, and deliverables with influencers, coordinating campaign execution, and tracking performance, engagement, and ROI of influencer campaigns.

This is an excellent opportunity to develop strong relationships with creators and agencies, while driving business growth through strategic influencer marketing initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years of experience in influencer marketing or talent management, a strong network/understanding of influencers across Instagram, YouTube, etc., excellent communication and negotiation skills, knowledge of social media analytics and campaign tracking tools, and the ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.

  • Mandatory requirements:
  • Proven experience in influencer marketing or talent management (2-3 years)
  • Strong network/understanding of influencers across major social media platforms
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Knowledge of social media analytics and campaign tracking tools
  • Able to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously
