Influencer Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a skilled professional to lead our influencer marketing efforts.

  • Identify and Partner with Influencers: Discover, select, and partner with social media influencers across various categories and platforms.
  • Foster Strong Relationships: Develop strong connections with influencers and their managers to ensure successful collaborations.
  • Manage Campaigns: Coordinate contracts, briefs, and timelines to deliver high-quality content on time.
  • Maintain Databases: Keep updated records of influencers, including category-wise segmentation for efficient talent matching.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Understanding of Social Media Trends: Stay up-to-date with the latest influencer landscape and platform developments.
  • Effective Communication: Interact with a wide range of people, including influencers, managers, and campaign teams.
  • Organizational Skills: Prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and maintain composure during campaign chaos.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets is essential for data analysis and management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Execute Influencer Marketing Plans: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute influencer marketing plans that meet business objectives.
  • Build and Maintain Relationships: Foster strong relationships with influencers, managers, and other stakeholders to ensure successful partnerships.
  • Manage Campaign Performance: Analyze campaign performance data to identify areas for improvement and optimize future campaigns.

Requirements:

  • BA/BS Degree: A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2+ Years Experience: At least 2 years of experience in influencer marketing or a related field.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and other relevant tools.
