Influencer Marketing Lead

We're seeking a seasoned influencer marketing leader to spearhead our partnerships. Your expertise will amplify our channels, expand reach and foster brand traction through creative collaborations.

  • Establish and maintain a dynamic repository of micro, nano, and macro influencers across diverse niches for on-demand activation of collaborations.
  • Design and lead influencer marketing strategies aligned with client objectives, subscriber growth, and engagement targets.
  • Identify, vet, onboard, and nurture influencer talent, ensuring relevance, credibility, and alignment with brand values.
  • Oversee end-to-end influencer campaigns from outreach and negotiations to contracting, execution, and performance tracking.
  • Lead high-stakes negotiations to deliver cost-effective collaborations while building long-term relationships.
  • Define and monitor campaign KPIs (reach, engagement, subscriber growth, conversions) to refine strategy and maximize impact.
  • Mentor and lead a team of influencer marketing managers/executives, setting best practices, processes, and high-performance standards.

You'll be a key driver in shaping our influencer marketing landscape. To succeed, you'll need:

  • A proven track record of owning large influencer marketing budgets with full accountability for outcomes and P&L.
  • Exceptional negotiation skills to optimize costs without sacrificing quality or impact.
  • Experience in building, leading, and scaling high-performing teams.
  • A strong analytical mindset paired with creative problem-solving capabilities.
  • In-depth understanding of social media marketing and evolving platform trends.
