Influencer Marketing Manager

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Influencer Marketing Manager to lead and scale our influencer-driven brand presence across platforms like Instagram, YouTube, Twitter (FinTwit), and emerging platforms .
You will own the strategy, execution, and optimization of collaborations with finance creators, stock market educators, meme pages, and digital influencers — building a robust pipeline of advocacy and organic reach for StockGro.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive influencer marketing strategy aligned with brand and growth goals.
- Identify, onboard, and manage finance influencers, content creators, YouTubers, and FinTwit personalities .
- Manage end-to-end influencer partnerships — from negotiation to campaign execution to performance tracking .
- Collaborate with internal marketing, growth, and social media teams to integrate influencer content across channels.
- Track performance KPIs such as reach, engagement, ROI, and conversions from influencer collaborations.
- Foster long-term relationships with top-tier creators and explore co-branded content opportunities .
- Stay updated on influencer trends, creator economy dynamics, and competitor campaigns in the fintech space.

Who You Are
- 3-5 years of experience in influencer marketing, brand partnerships, or creator ecosystem management, ideally in a consumer tech or fintech brand.
- A strong network of finance and stock market influencers is highly preferred.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong project management and data-driven decision-making ability.
- Passionate about the stock market, finance, and the creator economy.
- Creative thinker with an eye for impactful, viral content collaborations.
