Job Description

Role Overview

As Lead - Influencer & Content Manager, you will own the strategy and execution of influencer marketing and content creation to build brand awareness, drive engagement, and deliver measurable business impact. You will identify and manage high-impact influencer partnerships, lead the creation of compelling content across formats, and ensure all initiatives are aligned with brand objectives and performance goals.

Key Responsibilities

Influencer Marketing

- Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies to amplify brand reach and credibility
- Identify, onboard, and manage relationships with top-tier influencers, niche creators, and community leaders.
- Negotiate and structure partnerships to maximize ROI and foster long-term collaborations
- Design and run campaigns across Instagram, YouTube, and emerging platforms, with clear deliverables, timelines, and performance metrics
- Track, measure, and optimize influencer initiatives based on reach, engagement, and conversion data

Content Creation & Marketing

- Lead the development of high-quality, on-brand content across social media, blog, and video platforms
- Own the content calendar to ensure timely delivery, consistent brand voice, and creative excellence
- Collaborate with internal creative teams and external production partners to deliver assets such as short-form videos, reels, blogs, and influencer-led content
- Use audience insights and analytics to refine content strategy, formats, and distribution for maximum impact

Qualifications

- 46 years of experience in influencer marketing and content creation, ideally in D2C or consumer tech
- Proven track record of delivering high-ROI influencer campaigns and impactful content initiatives.
- Strong creative instincts with the ability to make data-driven decisions
- Excellent relationship management, negotiation, and project management skills.
