Job Summary – Marketing Manager

Location: Bangalore, India

Experience: 3–5 Years

Summary:

We seek a seasoned Influencer Marketing Manager to spearhead our brand's visibility and growth through strategic influencer partnerships. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in social media platforms, have excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to analyze campaign performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive influencer marketing strategies across multiple social media platforms.
  • Identify, evaluate, and collaborate with relevant influencers and content creators who align with our brand identity.
  • Negotiate contracts, manage budgets, and ensure return-driven collaborations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers, agencies, and other partners.
  • Track, analyze, and report performance metrics (engagement, reach, conversions, ROI) of influencer campaigns.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure influencer content aligns with overall marketing objectives.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging platforms.

Requirements:

The successful Influencer Marketing Manager will possess:

  • 3–5 years of experience in influencer marketing, preferably within consumer-facing brands.
  • A strong understanding of social media platforms and influencer ecosystems.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • A data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze campaign performance and optimize strategies.
  • The capacity to multitask and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Based in Bangalore (willingness to travel for collaborations/events if required).
