Business Leadership Position

The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing business strategies, plans, and procedures to drive growth and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive business strategies and plans
  • Set goals for performance and growth, establishing policies that promote company culture and vision
  • Oversee daily operations and lead employees to encourage maximum performance and dedication
  • Evaluate performance by analyzing and interpreting data and metrics
  • Support fundraising ventures and participate in expansion activities
  • Manage relationships with partners and vendors, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
  • Drive a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and operational excellence

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field; MBA preferred
  • Proven experience in senior leadership roles, with a focus on operations management
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Experience developing and implementing operational strategies and initiatives
  • Knowledge of business process optimization, supply chain management, and logistics
  • Financial acumen and budget management skills
  • Ability to collaborate and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in the ship repair & upgradation, shipbuilding, defence technology, equipment sales & services, and weapons & electronics industries
  • Familiarity with maritime regulations and safety standards
  • Strong understanding of quality management systems (QMS) and ISO standards
  • Ability to manage complex projects and multi-disciplinary teams
