Job Title: Chief Operations ManagerThe Team Leader is accountable for overseeing the day-to-day activities within the Audit & Assurance Department.   • Guide team members to achieve performance benchmarks and maximize their output.
  • Maintain discipline and professional conduct at client premises.
  • Prepare and present project observations to senior management monthly.
  • Identify and groom potential leaders across different projects.
  • Create internal project backups regularly to ensure smooth handovers.
Required Skills:
  • Strong understanding of audit & assurance standards and processes.
  • Expertise in reviewing and analyzing audit work papers.
  • Knowledge of MIS reporting, compliance requirements, and documentation.
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
