Job Title: Chief Editor's Support Associate

 

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive individual to support our Chief Editor in managing business commitments.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements with precision.
  • Handle correspondence, emails, and calls on behalf of our Chief Editor, ensuring seamless communication.
  • Coordinate meetings, events, and business engagements with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive information at all times.
  • Assist with personal and business-related tasks, including documentation and filing with speed and accuracy.
  • Oversee project deadlines, reminders, and follow-ups with minimal supervision required.
  • Liaise with internal teams, external partners, and vendors as necessary to ensure smooth operations.

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred for this role.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar position is essential.
  • Strong communication skills in English are mandatory for success in this job.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and task management tools is required.
  • Ability to work independently and multitask efficiently is crucial for this position.
  • Discretion and trustworthiness in handling confidential matters are non-negotiables.
