Job Title: Finance Review Manager

This role involves providing leadership and guidance to ensure the efficient execution of financial processes and systems. The successful candidate will have a strong background in finance, with experience in process improvement and standardization.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development and implementation of standardized processes and controls to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement changes.
  • Develop and maintain policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct regular audits and reviews to identify control deficiencies and suggest improvements.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be considered for this role, you should possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in finance, with at least 3 years in operational finance.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop remote teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and persuade stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in SAP finance modules and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
  • A degree in accounting or a related field, with relevant certifications (e.g. CMA, CPA).
