Chief Financial Strategist

Role Overview:
The organization seeks a seasoned financial leader to oversee its accounting and finance function. The ideal candidate will possess extensive leadership and financial control expertise, enabling them to implement robust financial controls, streamline processes, and provide timely and accurate financial insights to stakeholders.
About the Position:
This role requires a highly experienced professional who can manage teams across multiple businesses, ensuring proper task allocation, daily follow-ups, and productivity monitoring. The successful candidate should identify skill gaps and coordinate training or restructuring to optimize team performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the accounts and finance teams to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Implement internal controls and procedures to safeguard company assets.
- Analyze workflows and financial data to identify operational bottlenecks and inefficiencies.
Performance Analysis:
- Develop and maintain dashboards and tracking mechanisms to ensure complete financial and operational visibility.
- Collaborate with team leads to implement corrective action plans and process improvements.
Process Optimization & Standardization:
- Evaluate and enhance existing accounting and finance processes by introducing new systems or automation to improve accuracy and efficiency.
- Standardize financial procedures, reporting formats, and policies across all entities.
Stakeholder Communication & Reporting:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal leadership, external auditors, and other key stakeholders on financial matters.
- Prepare and present periodic financial insights, performance summaries, and strategic recommendations to stakeholders.
