Job Summary:

We are seeking a Process Improvement Manager to lead our organization's strategic initiatives and drive efficiency improvements across all functions. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to make a significant impact by deploying techniques of definition, measurement, analysis, improvement, and control.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Facilitate groups and individuals to identify high-impact quality improvement projects and apply lean methodology.
  • Liaise with the Champion and Steering Committee team on project progress and implement best practices.
  • Provide expert advice and assistance as a Six Sigma coach to Green Belts, Process Owners, and Team Members in statistics, change management, and process design strategies.
  • Gather and analyze data to monitor project progress, ensure timelines are adhered to, and focus on key processes that influence customer value elements.
  • Motivate team members to participate effectively and reward outstanding performance.

  • Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Have experience in leading and influencing teams through education and communication.
  • Be able to partner with business stakeholders at all levels to identify high-impact improvement opportunities.
  • Track and report project results to ensure improved processes stay improved.
  • Lead multi-disciplined teams to address quality issues and execute systemic improvement projects.
