Role Summary

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Chartered Accountant. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the financial activities of the hotel, including budgeting, forecasting, financial auditing, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Consolidate monthly and annual accounts across all hotels and food and beverage outlets.
  • Prepare management information system reports, variance analysis, and dashboards.
  • Manage statutory, tax, and internal audits specific to the hospitality industry.
  • Ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Monitor cash flows, working capital, and treasury management at the group level.
  • Support annual budgeting and reforecasting for each hotel unit.
  • Standardize accounting processes and internal controls across properties.
  • Liaise with banks, auditors, consultants, and regulatory authorities.
  • Provide actionable insights on cost management, revenue streams, and profitability improvement.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Chartered Accountant (CA) with 3–7 years post-qualification experience.
  • Prior experience in hospitality or multi-unit business is highly desirable.
  • Sound knowledge of hotel accounting, tax compliance, and financial controls.
  • Proficiency in enterprise resource planning systems, hotel property management systems, and Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Effective communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
