Financial Planning and Analysis Leadership Role

About the position

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Manager to lead financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and analysis initiatives across the organization. This strategic leader will partner with business leaders to drive data-driven decision-making, optimize financial performance, and support long-term growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive financial plans, forecasts, and budgets that align with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand financial drivers and prioritize resource allocation.
  • Analyze complex financial and operational data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to inform business decisions.
  • Design and maintain robust financial models to support strategic initiatives and investment evaluations.
  • Ensure accuracy and compliance in financial reporting and control processes.
  • Prepare and present regular financial dashboards, variance analysis, and management reports to leadership.
  • Foster innovation and efficiency in FP&A processes through technology adoption and process improvements.
  • Monitor key performance indicators and recommend strategies to enhance financial outcomes.
Requirements:
  • Must be a certified accountant (CA)
  • Post-qualification experience of 6-8 years in FP&A, corporate finance, or business finance is essential.
  • Demonstrated expertise in budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and variance analysis is required.
  • Strong Excel and financial modeling skills, with proficiency in ERP systems and BI tools.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to interact with senior stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinking and business acumen to drive financial growth and improvement.
