What is Prime Connect?Prime Connect is a startup within a startup, an aggregation platform for Channel Partners to do their primary (new property) sales through Square Yards.
We offer a proposition for Channel partners, including advance payout, more payout, and better support in closures, leading to increased income for them.
Job Title: Key Account Manager (Sourcing Manager Real Estate)We are seeking a Key Account Manager to join our team, responsible for developing a robust network with Retail Channel Partners, creating a strong value proposition, and sourcing deals through them.
The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of ongoing and new project launches in the city, with a good micro-market understanding.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify top-focused projects and develop good relationships with the developers' team
- Recognize Valued Retail Channel Partners (RCP) who majorly deal in the focused projects
- Work on developing a robust network with these Retail Channel Partners, give them a better understanding of our proposition, and source deals through them
- Create a strong value proposition for CPs to work with us and get involved in the end-to-end cycle till deal closure
- Assist in organizing and managing channel partner workshops and events to ensure stickiness
We are looking for a hustler with a relentless drive to succeed, passionate about achieving targets, and who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Any Bachelor's degree
- Ready to go on the field. Self-vehicle (mandatory)
- Real estate experience working with a developer in a channel partnering role will be an added benefit
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience working in an organization with a proven growth record
- CTC - 6 LPA to 8 LPA
- Location Mira Road, Borivali, Kandivali (Only Mumbai Based)
