Job Overview

We're seeking a highly motivated Route to Market Manager to oversee our transformation project. This critical role involves working closely with stakeholders to design, pilot, and scale up new business strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Planning: Develop a detailed project plan, outlining key objectives, deliverables, and timelines.
  • Pilot Execution: Collaborate with Region teams/Spocs to launch pilots, ensuring successful implementation and minimal disruptions.
  • Scale-Up Management: Oversee the transition to large-scale implementation, resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Performance Analysis: Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure project success and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
  • 6+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or operations management
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and drive business growth
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Salary

The estimated annual salary for this position is $160,000 - $220,000, depending on qualifications and experience.
