Sales Enablement Strategist

Job Overview
The Sales Enablement Manager at FACE Prep will be responsible for ensuring the productivity and efficiency of the sales team while on field and non-field days. This role will have monthly targets, with initial metrics focusing on team performance, geotagging, call recording, sales, and lead generation. The ideal candidate will work closely with functional managers to understand their needs and implement a cost-effective CRM system.
Key Responsibilities
- Work with sales managers to identify leading indicators and ensure weekly compliance and achievement of these indicators.
- Identify skill or understanding issues in sales associates and address them promptly.
- Educate and train the sales team on CRM features and ensure they can use it effectively.
- Collaborate with the CRM provider to leverage new features and updates.
- Coordinate with sales managers to create or realign processes to meet organizational goals.
- Audit calls for first-level scrutiny to ensure sales associates deliver essential tasks during client calls.
- Work on leads and ensure timely movement within the pipeline, flagging untouched leads.
- Generate reports and provide insights to the leadership team, analyzing sales team performance and making recommendations for improvement.
Requirements
The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of sales operations and CRM systems. With an estimated salary range of ₹800,000 - ₹1,200,000 per annum, this role offers a challenging and rewarding opportunity for a skilled professional to make a significant impact at FACE Prep.
