Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Training & Onboarding: Collaborate with the sales team to develop and deliver training programs, ensuring they are up-to-date on products, sales techniques, and tools.
  • Content Creation & Management: Work with marketing to create and maintain sales collateral (presentations, case studies, etc.) and provide the sales team with quick access to relevant resources.
  • Sales Tools & Technology: Help manage sales enablement tools (CRM, automation platforms) and ensure their adoption by the sales team.
  • Sales Process Optimization: Support continuous improvement of sales processes, ensuring alignment with company goals and best practices.
  • Performance Analysis & Reporting: Assist in tracking and analyzing sales performance metrics, providing insights to leadership on areas of improvement.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to ensure consistent messaging and alignment on sales strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 3-6 years in sales enablement, sales operations, or a related role.
  • Skills:
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales tools.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to develop training materials and deliver presentations.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

We estimate the salary for this position to be around $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on location and experience. This figure is based on industry standards and market conditions.
