We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Branch Relationship Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in the BFSI industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to increase business growth, enhance customer satisfaction, and drive revenue expansion.
- Identify new business opportunities through market research, networking, and collaboration with internal teams to stay updated on new products and services.
- Meet or exceed sales targets by selling financial products such as insurance, mutual funds, and other related services.
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve complaints professionally, fostering a positive and supportive work environment.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the market, make informed decisions, and drive business growth.
