We are seeking a seasoned Sr Executive - BD to lead our business development efforts, establishing and nurturing strategic relationships with influential architects in the building materials industry.

This role is ideal for a dynamic and results-driven professional with 3-5 years of experience, a solid understanding of architectural design and the construction industry, and a proven track record of leveraging connections within the architect community to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and Maintain Relationships: Develop and nurture strong, long-term relationships with architects, ensuring consistent and positive rapport with top industry architects and firms.
  • Cultivate and Grow Relationships: Expand relationships with leading architects and firms, ensuring their needs are consistently met through our products and services.
  • Strategic Business Development: Act as the primary liaison between our company and architects, ensuring mutual alignment on projects, needs, and services.
  • Negotiation and Sales: Secure new projects by cultivating relationships with architects and construction firms, meeting sales targets, and generating revenue.
  • Industry Insight: Stay updated on industry trends, innovations in building materials, and emerging needs in architectural design, providing valuable insights and solutions to architects and construction firms.

Qualifications:

  • Experience Required: 3-5 years of experience in business development or relationship management within the architecture, construction, or building materials industry.
  • Education: Graduate degree in any field, preferably business, marketing, or a related discipline.
  • Skills Required: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, negotiation skills, sales acumen, and industry knowledge.
