Job Title: Architectural Liaison

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage a database of architects and interior designers to track projects, driving product specifications.
  • Promote brand awareness among AIDs through regular interactions, presentations, and engagement activities.
  • Secure product specifications in ongoing and upcoming projects through effective relationship-building.
  • Collaborate with project sales teams to convert specifications into business.
Qualifications & Experience:
  • Graduate degree (background in architecture, interior design, or marketing advantageous).
  • 4-5 years of relevant experience in the tiles or building materials industry, focusing on architect/designer relationships.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in AID engagement and project-based selling (tiles/building materials preferred).
  • Strong presentation and communication skills; design sensitivity beneficial.

 

Architectural Liaison Position Overview

As an Architectural Liaison, you will play a vital role in developing and managing relationships with architects and interior designers in the Chandigarh region. Your primary focus will be on securing product specifications in ongoing and upcoming projects while promoting brand awareness and product knowledge among AIDs.

Responsibilities:

1.  Database Management:

You will develop and manage a comprehensive database of architects and interior designers to track projects and drive product specifications. This will involve maintaining accurate records, identifying new opportunities, and fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders.

2.  Brand Awareness:

Your goal will be to promote brand awareness among AIDs through regular interactions, presentations, and engagement activities. This may include attending industry events, conducting workshops, and providing expert advice on product specifications.

3.  Relationship Building:

You will secure product specifications in ongoing and upcoming projects through effective relationship-building and strategic communication. This will involve working closely with architects and interior designers to understand their needs and preferences, and tailor our products to meet those requirements.

4.  Sales Collaboration:

You will collaborate with project sales teams to convert specifications into business. This will involve working closely with the sales team to identify new opportunities, develop targeted marketing campaigns, and drive sales growth.

Qualifications and Experience:

To succeed in this role, you will need a graduate degree in architecture, interior design, or marketing, with 4-5 years of relevant experience in the tiles or building materials industry. You should have a proven track record of success in AID engagement and project-based selling, as well as strong presentation and communication skills.

Requirements:

We are looking for an individual who is highly motivated, organized, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You should have a keen eye for detail, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to think creatively and strategically. Strong design sensitivity is also beneficial in this role.
