Project Coordinator Role

A key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless communication among colleagues and stakeholders, managing project timelines and budgets, and proactively addressing any issues that arise to keep the project on track.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate with all functional teams to achieve project goals.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including scope of work documents, change requests, schedules, and risk registers.
  • Prepare and update reports on project progress, invoices, budget, timesheets, and project team records.
  • Arrange project-related tasks, clearances, team mobilization, demobilization, and travel arrangements.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering with at least two years of relevant experience, preferably in mechanical or related fields.
  • Minimum five years of industrial experience with at least three years of project coordination experience.
  • Intermediate or advanced level knowledge of project management software, such as Primavera or MS Project.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with intermediate to advanced Excel skills and expertise in ERP systems.
