
Building Industry Growth Specialist

A key member of our team is required to drive sales growth and market expansion in the building material industry.
- Main Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the building materials segment (e.g. hardware, plywood, paint, construction chemicals, etc.).
- Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, builders, contractors, consultants, and channel partners.
- Achieve sales targets through effective territory planning and client acquisition.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to shape strategic planning.
- Conduct client presentations, product demos, and site visits as needed.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of business with clients and channel partners.
- Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, logistics, technical) to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and market analysis.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Graduate or postgraduate degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales/business development within the building materials or construction-related industry.
- Strong network of industry contacts and excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
