
Relationship Building Specialist

Develop and maintain strategic relationships with clients, customers, and partners through proactive communication and engagement activities.
The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills, be able to understand client needs and preferences, and provide personalized service and support. They will also be responsible for meeting sales targets and performance metrics, staying updated on industry trends, and conducting risk profiling of mapped clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Needs Analysis: Understand client priorities, challenges, and objectives to tailor services effectively.
- Relationship Management: Establish and nurture long-term relationships with clients, customers, and partners through regular communication and engagement activities.
- Business Development: Identify business opportunities with new and existing clients and prepare quotes, proposals, and requests for renewals or expansions.
- Portfolio Management: Manage portfolios of assigned clients to ensure optimal investment outcomes.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, customers, and partners.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to communicate product/service offerings and capabilities to clients and internal teams.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data and make recommendations to address client needs and preferences.
