We are seeking a skilled and motivated Regional Program Associate to join our team. As a key member of our district-level operations, you will be responsible for providing support to program managers, conducting training sessions for Anganwadi workers, and ensuring seamless communication across the district.

Responsibilities:

  • Effective program coordination at the district level, including support to program managers and staff.
  • Conducting training sessions for Anganwadi workers to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Providing technical assistance to program managers and staff as needed.
  • Collaborating with local stakeholders to ensure successful program implementation.

Requirements:

  • 1+ year of experience in a related field or profile.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
