Project Coordinator Role

We seek a seasoned Program Manager to oversee the execution of quality support initiatives across various regions.

  • Develop and implement effective Quality Support Programs, ensuring seamless delivery and monitoring.
  • Optimize school infrastructure and facilities, guaranteeing functional libraries, computer labs, and operational classrooms.
  • Activate critical processes in schools, including sports, assemblies, schedules, libraries, student committees, forums, and teacher professional development.
  • Maintain smooth academic and co-scholastic operations throughout the year.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to formulate Annual Operating Plans and monitor daily expenses.
  • Support recruitment of Academic Mentors/Trainers in consultation with HR personnel.
  • Navigate stakeholder relationships, building long-term partnerships with communities, parents, government bodies, and authorities.

Requirements:

  • Possession of a postgraduate degree in Rural Development or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5-10 years of experience in education program implementation.
