Education Sales Leader

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead a high-performing team of education counsellors driving international sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of education counsellors in night shift operations.
  • Drive team performance, achieve sales targets, and monitor productivity.
  • Train, mentor, and motivate team members to achieve key performance indicators.
  • Maintain strong client relationships and ensure timely follow-ups.
  • Prepare and share daily/weekly performance reports.
  • Utilize CRM tools to track leads, conversions, and client interactions.
  • Handle escalations and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Promote a performance-driven culture through coaching and recognition.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Minimum 2-4 years of experience in Edutech sales team handling.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication.
  • Strong interpersonal, leadership, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a target-driven and fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in CRMs and productivity tools.
  • Strong client-handling and problem-solving abilities.
