Education Sales Leader
We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead a high-performing team of education counsellors driving international sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of education counsellors in night shift operations.
- Drive team performance, achieve sales targets, and monitor productivity.
- Train, mentor, and motivate team members to achieve key performance indicators.
- Maintain strong client relationships and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Prepare and share daily/weekly performance reports.
- Utilize CRM tools to track leads, conversions, and client interactions.
- Handle escalations and ensure client satisfaction.
- Promote a performance-driven culture through coaching and recognition.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in Edutech sales team handling.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication.
- Strong interpersonal, leadership, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to thrive in a target-driven and fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in CRMs and productivity tools.
- Strong client-handling and problem-solving abilities.
