As a seasoned Program Manager, you will be responsible for leading the growth and innovation of our Strategic Brand Services (SBS) program. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies that drive business results and improve customer experience.

Job Description:

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of managing complex programs and delivering results in fast-paced environments. They will possess excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.

  • Partner with Category Leaders and Managers to support defining priorities and operational goals
  • Build and manage a team of SBS resources/Specialists owning joint business plans for a large pool of vendors
  • Audit metrics regularly to drive quality of vendor and employee experience across multiple sub-categories
  • Define skills required within the team to support vendors with specific challenges
  • Develop right skillsets within the team and allocate resources to vendors
Required Skills & Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, the candidate must have:

  • 5+ years of working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience
  • 5+ years of program or project management experience
  • 5+ years of delivering cross-functional projects experience
  • Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
  • Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field
