We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Senior Sales Manager with 4 to 8 years of proven experience in Travel Tech, SaaS, or B2B enterprise sales. This role is crucial in driving revenue growth across SMEs and institutional clients in your region.
Job SummaryThis Senior Strategic Sales Partner will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets in the travel tech space.
- Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets in the travel tech space.
- Identify, prospect, and secure new B2B enterprise clients within the travel and holidays industry.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor.
- Conduct product demos, presentations, and negotiations tailored to client needs in travel SaaS solutions.
- Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to ensure alignment and delivery of client expectations.
- Track sales performance metrics and provide detailed reporting to senior leadership.
- Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in travel tech and SaaS.
- Participate in industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to generate leads.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Proven success in Travel Tech, SaaS, or B2B enterprise sales with 4-8 years of experience.
- Strong consultative selling and key account management skills.
- Ability to negotiate high-pressure deals and close CXO-level transactions.
- A track record of delivering GMV/Revenue numbers quarter after quarter.
- Strategic thinking and ability to scale beyond transactions.
