Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and driven Business Development Executive with 2–4 years of experience to join our growing team in Chennai. The ideal candidate must have excellent English communication skills and a strong understanding of international markets. This role primarily involves global lead generation, outreach, and nurturing client relationships to support business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate qualified leads through multiple global channels (email, LinkedIn, cold calling, etc.)
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them
- Conduct market research to target potential clients internationally
- Maintain CRM databases and track engagement and conversion metrics
- Coordinate with internal teams to align business development goals with company strategy
- Create compelling presentations, proposals, and pitch decks
- Build and nurture strong relationships with prospects and stakeholders
Key Requirements:
- 2–4 years of experience in Business Development or related roles
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills
- Prior experience in international / global lead generation is a must
- Proficient in using CRM tools and business communication platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Zoom, etc.)
- Self-motivated, result-driven, and confident in client-facing roles
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
