Business Development Professional

This role is with myGwork, a leading global platform for the LGBTQ+ business community. The successful candidate will be based in India and work closely with teams in Singapore and MENA to drive operational improvements.
We are seeking an experienced business professional with a strong analytical mindset to manage vendors at scale, improve business terms, and develop marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving top and bottom line growth while building good processes and standard operating procedures.
The Account Manager will be responsible for:
- Managing day-to-day business relationships and negotiating costs, promotional opportunities, and other business inputs
- Conducting pricing and ROI analysis and making recommendations for initiatives that optimize profit margin
- Using data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks and translate those insights into actions to drive long-term growth
- Identifying opportunities for systematic process improvement and driving those improvements at scale
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 2+ years of sales or account management experience
- A strong understanding of e-commerce and the book industry
