Senior Business Development Professional

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Business Development Professional to join our team in Bangalore. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and expanding our customer base.
Estimated Salary: ₹10 Lacs - ₹15 Lacs per annum
About the Role:
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. They will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead generation and business development through market research, networking, and cold outreach
- Develop and execute strategies for lead generation across multiple channels
- Identify and target potential clients to expand the customer base
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business and referrals
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services to clients
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or any related field from a reputable educational institution
Skills and Competencies:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills
- Ability to conduct market research effectively
- Ability to understand client needs and translate them into solutions
- Good negotiation and presentation skills
- Self-motivated and results-driven attitude
