Job Title: Telesales Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our team at T&N Business Services Pvt. Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the Retail and E-Commerce sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Build and maintain relationships with key clients and decision-makers in the Retail and E-Commerce segments.
  2. Identify and capitalize on business opportunities within our targeted customer segment.
  3. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targeted sales goals and objectives.
  4. Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
  5. Contribute to the development and implementation of sales processes and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 1+ years of experience in tele-sales and account management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
