We are seeking a Sales Specialist to join our team at Gurgaon location for a leading BFSI company. As a Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for generating revenue through outbound sales activities.

This is a full-time position based in Gurgaon, Haryana, India, suitable for candidates with less than 1 year of experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conducting outbound sales activities to generate leads and close deals
  • Pitching and persuading potential clients to avail our services
  • Building and maintaining relationships with clients and ensuring their satisfaction
  • Achieving and exceeding sales targets
  • Researching the market and identifying potential customers
  • Collaborating with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies
  • Preparing sales reports and presenting them to the management
  • Staying updated with industry trends and competitor activities
Requirements
