Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Business Development Executive to join our team at T&N Business Services Pvt. Ltd.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Identify new business leads through cold calls and develop relationships with potential customers.
  • Generate sales by understanding customer needs and requirements.
  • Create and plan sales meetings, either virtual or direct customer visits.
  • Develop a strong network of industry and government contacts.
  • Negotiate and close deals to secure business.
  • Build and promote long-lasting customer relationships.
  • Manage the sales cycle from prospecting to closure.
  • Provide timely and accurate monthly reports.

Requirements:

  • Graduate degree in any discipline or Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree.
  • Experience in marketing for products or projects to the Government sector, smart city, ITMS, or Traffic Signs or signaling.
  • Well-versed in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent English communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally, as required.
  • Excellent negotiation and customer relationship management skills.
