Business Development Executive

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Business Development Executive to join our team at T&N Business Services Pvt. Ltd.
Main Responsibilities:
- Identify new business leads through cold calls and develop relationships with potential customers.
- Generate sales by understanding customer needs and requirements.
- Create and plan sales meetings, either virtual or direct customer visits.
- Develop a strong network of industry and government contacts.
- Negotiate and close deals to secure business.
- Build and promote long-lasting customer relationships.
- Manage the sales cycle from prospecting to closure.
- Provide timely and accurate monthly reports.
Requirements:
- Graduate degree in any discipline or Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree.
- Experience in marketing for products or projects to the Government sector, smart city, ITMS, or Traffic Signs or signaling.
- Well-versed in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent English communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally, as required.
- Excellent negotiation and customer relationship management skills.
