Job Title: Sales Business Development Executive

About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Sales Business Development Executive to join our team at T&N Business Services Pvt. Ltd. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, generating sales, and building strong customer relationships.

Responsibilities:
• Make cold calls to new business leads and follow up with potential customers.
• Create and plan sales meetings to discuss new business opportunities.
• Understand customer needs and requirements to develop targeted sales strategies.
• Negotiate and close deals to secure new business.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.
• Provide timely and accurate monthly reports to measure progress against agreed plans.

Requirements:
• Graduate in any discipline or Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree.
• Experience in marketing for products or projects in the government sector, smart city, ITMS, or traffic signs and signaling.
• Proficiency in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Excellent English communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally as required.
• Excellent negotiation and customer relationship management skills.
