**Job Title:** Business Development Executive

**Job Summary:** We are seeking a talented Business Development Executive to join our team at Glan Management Consultancy. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in exhibition sales, with a strong understanding of the hospitality and event industries.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Identify Opportunities: Utilize market research and industry insights to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to capitalize on them.
  • Generate New Business: Develop and implement effective sales plans to generate new business and expand existing relationships.
  • Manage Sales Pipeline: Manage the sales pipeline from lead generation to close, ensuring that all leads are properly qualified and followed up on in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with Marketing Team: Work closely with the marketing team to develop and implement event strategies and execute marketing campaigns.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in exhibition sales
  • Strong understanding of the hospitality and event industries
  • Proven track record of success in business development
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
