Regional Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced professional to drive growth and innovation in the South Asia region, focusing on the biofuel ethanol industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a market strategy for biofuel ethanol in South Asia, aligning with organizational goals.
  • Identify regional opportunities for expansion, partnerships, and innovation.
  • Lead sales managers and technical service managers, fostering a high-performance work environment.
  • Skillful people management and analytical problem-solving abilities to drive opportunities and address challenges.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.

Requirements:

  • BSc. in Chemistry/Biotechnology/Chemical Engineering or relevant fields with 5+ years of experience in biofuel ethanol or grain processing.
  • Strong commercial experience with specialty chemicals or enzymes, including direct and indirect sales.
  • Able to thrive in a remote working environment and collaborate across functions internally and externally.
