Oracle EBS Time and Labor Senior Technical Consultant

We're looking for a highly skilled Oracle Technical Consultant with extensive experience in Oracle EBS, particularly the Time and Labor (OTL) module. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of PL/SQL, Oracle Forms/Reports, BI Publisher, and ETL tools like ODI or Informatica.

The primary responsibilities of this role include developing, configuring, and maintaining solutions within the Oracle EBS Time and Labor (OTL) module. This involves creating and supporting complex ETL processes using Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) or Informatica to ensure seamless data flow. Additionally, the successful candidate will design and develop custom reports using Oracle Forms/Reports and BI Publisher (BIP).

Key deliverables include managing integrations between the OTL module and other core Oracle EBS applications, including Payroll and HRMS. The technical consultant will also perform troubleshooting and debugging for timecard validations, approval workflows, and system configurations. Collaboration with functional teams is essential to understand business requirements and translate them into robust technical solutions.

Key skills and qualifications for this role include:
