Strategic Human Capital Management Advisor

A seasoned business advisor collaborates with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that address complex business challenges.

  • Develop user-centric solutions that excel in performance, reliability, and scalability to drive cost reduction and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Configure and test Oracle applications to ensure they meet business requirements.
  • Embody a culture of continuous improvement, challenging assumptions and finding creative solutions to problems.
  • Advise on best practices for commercial processes regarding Oracle Time & Labor (OTL).
  • Design and implement cloud computing solutions affecting OTL, including project schedules, staffing, scope, and key hypotheses.
  • Lead configuration of OTL cloud computing modules, collaborating with subject matter experts.
  • Demonstrate expertise in designing and executing tests, implementation, internal communications, senior management, and autonomous work.
  • Deliver projects as per roadmap and Oracle Cloud methodology.
  • Manage client relationships regarding the re-engineering of commercial processes, best practices, and customizations.
  • Makes recommendations and shares knowledge with others to optimize the implementation methodology.
  • Analyze commercial requirements and develop effective configuration solutions.
  • Guide and document processes and relevant requirements, obtaining acceptance to ensure client alignment with the proposed solution.
  • Provide information to designated project managers to ensure detailed planning and acceptance from other key stakeholders.
  • Support the technical and functional aspects of work implementation.
  • Assume responsibility to successfully perform tests for the developed solution, including user acceptance testing.
  • Document and follow up on product improvement requests made by clients and report anomalies.
  • Coordinate with Oracle regarding service requests and new products distribution, and coordinate updates and correctives.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise:
  • At least 5-6 years' experience in consulting services in human capital management systems, with a focus on Oracle Time & Labor.
  • At least 5-6 years' experience in completing two deployments of the full lifecycle of the Oracle Human Capital Management Cloud suite, with a focus on OTL.
  • At least 5-6 years' experience demonstrating an understanding of Oracle Cloud human capital management concepts and general module features for OTL.
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise:
  • Oracle Cloud Certified in T&L.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Familiarity and ease with IT systems and Microsoft Office products.
  • Highly skilled in problem-solving and analysis.
