Job Description

HCM Functional Lead is a strategic role that involves collaborating with clients to deliver innovative solutions for human capital management.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in Oracle Time & Labor and a strong understanding of cloud computing concepts.

  • Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure and test Oracle applications to ensure they meet business requirements.

  • Develop solutions that excel at user experience, style, performance, reliability, and scalability.

  • Lead configuration of OTL cloud computing modules together with subject matter experts.

  • Manage clients regarding the re-engineering of commercial processes, best practices, and customizations.

  • Support implementation of the technical and functional part of the work.

Required Skills and Qualifications

The successful candidate will possess:

  • At least 5-6 years' experience in consulting services in the human capital management systems area with a focus on Oracle Time & Labor.
  • At least 5-6 years' experience in completing two deployments of a full lifecycle of the Oracle Human Capital Management Cloud suite, with a focus on OTL.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Highly skilled in problem-solving and analysis.
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
  • Oracle Cloud Certified in T&L.
  • Familiarity and ease with IT systems and Microsoft Office products.
