HCM Solutions Architect

As a successful HCM Solutions Architect, you will be responsible for collaborating with clients to provide innovative solutions that address their most challenging business problems.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing and implementing Oracle Cloud-based solutions within client requirements using Agile methodology.
  • Configuring and testing Oracle applications to ensure they meet business requirements.
  • Working under a continued improvement culture, challenging ideas, and finding solutions to problems.

Technical Requirements

  • At least 5-6 years of experience in consulting services in human capital management systems with a focus on Oracle Time & Labor.
  • Experience with the full lifecycle deployment of the Oracle Human Capital Management Cloud suite, with a focus on OTL.
  • Understanding of Oracle Cloud human capital management concepts and general module features for OTL.

Preferred Technical Expertise

  • Oracle Cloud Certified in T&L.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with IT systems and Microsoft Office products.
  • Highly skilled in problem-solving and analysis.
