Role Description

This full-time, on-site Human Resources Manager role is located in Noida. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for various HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and employee development. The role involves developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy, managing the recruitment and selection process, bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues, and supporting current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.

  • Experience in the retail or FMCG industry is a plus
