Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager located in Noida. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, benefits administration, and compliance with labor laws. The role involves developing and implementing HR policies, conducting training and development programs, and fostering a positive work environment. The HR Manager will work closely with other departments to support organizational goals and strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management
  • Knowledge of benefits administration and labor laws
  • Strong skills in developing and implementing HR policies and programs
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Ability to conduct training and development programs
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and manage multiple tasks
  • Experience in the food and beverage industry is a plus
