We are seeking a highly skilled System Analyst to join our team. As part of this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support and resolving issues within the Oracle EBS R12.x and Fusion application.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing incident resolution and change input controls on ORACLE EBS R12.x and Fusion application
  • Resolving functional incidents within the EBS application and on Projects interfaces to third-party applications
  • Validating and resolving all incidents or determining if they are required to be escalated to external support teams

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Solid customer service and client-facing experience
  • Strong year's experience with Oracle EBS R12 required in Project costing, Project billing, Project planning, OTL, HR along with decent exposure of AP and AR modules
  • Experience with multiple Technologies such as SQL, AME, Alerts, BI Publisher, Data Loader, SQL*Loader
  • Understanding of external interfacing to Oracle EBS
  • ITIL Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management
